Suno V6 Mini is the version in the official V6 family focused on speed and efficiency, suitable for quickly turning brief ideas into song directions. The platform invocation ID is chirp-v6-mini, and you can start drafting with a theme description or custom lyrics. It is better suited for first exploring melodies and atmosphere, then deciding whether to continue refining; actual completion time and billing on this platform are subject to request results and pricing.
Submit requests to the public API at api.acedata.cloud using the documented parameters, then use the results in your application.

Clarify capacity, inputs and outputs, and invocation methods before selecting a model.
The above are the input and control ranges for this platform's creation endpoint. Expected duration and adjustment parameters do not equal the model's native capacity or strict output guarantees.
Learn what chirp-v6-mini can bring to your work.
The official positioning of Mini is as a faster, more efficient V6 version. Start by exploring multiple genres with clear, concise themes, then refine the lyrics and arrangement after selecting a suitable direction; its efficiency positioning does not mean that every request has fixed latency.
Custom creation can use style to express the musical direction and negative_tags to specify styles you want to avoid. Style influence and experimentalism controls are used to express creative preferences; when selecting outputs, you should still evaluate the vocals, arrangement, and section transitions by listening, rather than treating a certain value as a fixed tone recipe.
When making a call, explicitly specify chirp-v6-mini and start music generation with generate. For background processing, you can use async to obtain a task_id, or configure callback_url to receive results. After completion, save the song ID, audio URL, and actual duration to facilitate building a work list, listening page, and asset archive.
Start with specific tasks to find where the model can be effective.
Prepare brief creative descriptions for holiday events, birthday wishes, or brand themes, clearly stating the mood, genre, and intended message, then generate listenable options. The key deliverables are musical directions and song assets for team discussion, making this suitable for comparing whether lyric themes and the overall atmosphere match before formal production.
Organize completed verses, choruses, and bridges into lyric text, submit them in custom mode, and add a title and style concept. After generation, focus on checking the singing of keywords, the fit between sentences and melody, and section transitions, then decide whether to revise the words or adjust the musical direction to form the basis for the next creative round.
Describe the desired atmosphere for a video intro, podcast interlude, or presentation content, select instrumental music in inspiration mode, and obtain audio assets for editing and listening. Listen to the work together with the visuals or narration to check whether the rhythm, density, and mood are appropriate; the final length can be handled during editing according to the content's pacing.
Choose based on task complexity, input materials, and expected results.
chirp-v6-mini, chirp-v6, and chirp-v6-wild are models selected separately; do not infer speed, cost, or experimental status solely from the Mini or Wild names. If you want to establish a baseline for regular creation first, start with the recommended chirp-v6; when comparing Mini, audition using the same lyrics and style, then choose based on the work's performance.
When you have only a theme or mood idea, choose Inspiration Mode to avoid piling on large numbers of parameters from the start. When you need to preserve your own lyrical expression, choose Custom Mode and prepare the lyrics, title, and style separately. When migrating projects from older versions to Mini, audition them again rather than directly applying the old model's duration and text limits.
Arrange the inputs first, then proceed to the corresponding application workflow.
Prepare a brief theme and two or three candidate genres, and begin exploring with low-complexity descriptions.
Explicitly select chirp-v6-mini. For theme creation, use prompt; for custom creation, organize lyric, style, and title according to this model's limits. Save task_id, retrieve audio_url after waiting for the completed result, and archive it together with the work ID and creation settings.
Design tasks directly from the following inputs and acceptance priorities.
Generate acoustic, electronic, and light jazz directions for the same theme, explicitly select chirp-v6-mini, and save the parameters for each version.
First determine whether the melody and mood are suitable, then continue refining the selected direction; Mini's efficiency positioning does not guarantee a fixed generation speed.
Before formal use, understand the output quality and capability scope.
Answers to common questions when using chirp-v6-mini.
Do not judge generation speed solely by the Mini name. When choosing, it is more appropriate to compare auditions using the same theme, lyrics, and style, and observe whether the finished work suits the task. To establish a standard creative baseline, you can start with chirp-v6 and then decide whether to use Mini's work.
You can start in inspiration mode, set custom to false, and use a prompt of no more than 500 characters to describe the theme and musical direction. If you want to use custom mode but have not yet written lyrics, you can also provide lyric_prompt without submitting lyric to describe the lyrics you want generated.
Select generate, set custom to true, and submit lyric; title and style can be provided separately in title and style. It is recommended to organize lyric sections clearly, then audition how the singing and melody work together after generation. The lyric text in the response should not be used as a word-for-word transcription of the audio.
Inspiration mode can select instrumental music through instrumental; duration in custom generation is a desired-length prompt, not a precise length constraint. When fixed-length accompaniment is needed, use the actual duration of the returned audio as the reference, then edit and finish it according to the visual rhythm.
After setting async to true, first save the returned task_id, then retrieve the status and result through task queries; you can also configure callback_url to receive callbacks. After the task is complete, read audio_url from the result, save the song ID and actual duration, and promptly download the required audio.
